Labas – Hello – Terve!

Mostly I love taking photos of nature. I think it is good way to show people how wonderful world is. Because someone just oversleep that beauty of our planet. J

It is my first time at Finland and I’m happy that I visited this country. We have very warm welcome. All time of this week was great. We have visited one fishing village near the Kalvia and I was impressed. Unfortunately, we have only one hour for seeing this small island. I wanted to stay there all day… Also we have one nice day in Kokkola. And the sun was shining for us!

Kazimieras Seselgis

I am experimental photographer living in Vilnius. Since I was young everything lead me to express myself somewhere. Love of nature and arts let me see the world as a whole that is made of the small pieces of art. So the world itself is an art and I wish to show it through photography. That usually happens when I'm on the road or in some sort of the trip as well as in unusual places like workshops.

Sometimes I like to tell the stories, sometimes I don’t, but taking pictures always make me happy! That’s why photography is so important. At least for me.

This trip to Finland reminded me that working together might be funny and at the same time challenging. Challenges let us move forward and let us improve faster. New people widen our view of the world as well as let everybody share their options. Those lead us to better understanding of importance of the communication in everyday life.

I found photography in my life about 4 years ago. Since then I can’t imagine my life without it. Since childhood I was exiting about photos made by photoshop, I couldn’t imagine how people creating so amazing things, that guess has lived in me till I started photoshoping stuff and photography.

In my childhood I shot at free time, now photography is part of my life. I want to try all field of photography from pinhole, old analogical technologies in dark room to digital photography.

When I’m planning to go to Finland, I thought about trip sceptical, but when I land there I change my mind. I found here nice place, friendly and organized Finns and of course I liked food – so much that …

Assignments were interesting and original, but time is short for its. This project was great experience and great possibility to know Finland. I am thankfully for people that organized this project and I am happy that I was invited.
